I found a tour going up the Balmberg and then on trails down to Welschenrohr. I met a biker and he suggested to head to Weissenstein und follow the rim, which would add some more single trails.
Back in Solothurn I hiked the Verenaschlucht. It's been a long time ago, when I was there last time.
